DOHA: The 10th Disaster Management Training Camp commenced on Tuesday in collaboration with the Qatar Red Crescent Society under the theme “Effective Preparedness, Better Response,” with the support of the Qatar Fund for Development. The programme is being held under the patronage of Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.

Spanning nine days, the camp offers intensive, hands-on training aimed at strengthening disaster preparedness and enhancing operational response capabilities. The initiative reflects Qatar’s humanitarian leadership and its continued commitment to capacity building, in line with the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030.
