Doha, Qatar: The Amiri Diwan has officially announced the Eid al-Adha holidays for 2025 across various sectors in the country.

According to the announcement, the holiday schedule is as follows:

Government Sector:
For ministries, government agencies, public bodies, and institutions, the Eid al-Adha holiday will commence on Thursday, June 5, 2025, and conclude on Monday, June 9, 2025. All employees are expected to resume work on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

Financial Sector:
For the Qatar Central Bank, banks, financial institutions under its supervision, and the Qatar Financial Markets Authority, the Governor of Qatar Central Bank will decide the specific start and end dates of the Eid holiday.

This announcement comes in preparation for one of the most significant Islamic festivals, as Qatar joins the Muslim world in celebrating Eid al-Adha.
