Doha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has
rolled out 36 new electronic services as part of efforts to strengthen digital
transformation and improve service delivery for businesses and investors.
According to the ministry, the new services are
designed to simplify procedures related to commercial activities and allow
users to complete transactions online without visiting service centers. The
move aims to reduce processing time and enhance overall efficiency.
The digital services cover various areas,
including commercial registration, licensing procedures and updates to company
records. Users can submit applications, track requests and access related
information through the ministry’s online platform.
Officials said the initiative supports the
country’s broader push toward digital government services and aims to create a
more streamlined environment for the business community.
