Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani welcomed a number of well-wishers at Lusail Palace on Wednesday evening to mark the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Among those present were HE Speaker of the Shura Council Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, along with several Their Excellencies the Sheikhs, ministers, undersecretaries, members of the Shura Council, and citizens. The Amir exchanged greetings and extended his congratulations on the blessed occasion, praying that the holy month brings goodness and prosperity to Qatar and its people.

The reception was also attended by HH Personal Representative of HH the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al-Thani, HE Sheikh Jassim bin Khalifa Al-Thani, in addition to a number of senior officials.
