Doha, Qatar: According to Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD), strong winds and high seas are forecasted for this weekend in the country. 

Daytime will have hot weather with temperatures ranging from 30°C to 44°C along with occasional blowing dust. A recent report from the Department has indicated that Qatar will likely experience fresh to strong winds throughout the week. Consequently, some areas should brace for blowing dust and reduced visibility, along with ongoing marine warnings.

On Friday, northwesterly winds will reach speeds of 12-22KT, gusting up to 30KT, with sea heights ranging from 3-7ft, rising to 9ft. Saturday will see winds shift from northwesterly to northeasterly at 5-15KT, gusting to 22KT, and sea heights will moderate to 2-4ft.
